To actually check the glyphs you’ll need you’ll need to open Journal, then Documents – you may have set this to a default key. From there, select “Tales of Brimstone Sands.” Once you reach this page, head over to “The Ancient Glyphs”. Getting all these glyphs will get you a “secret” as well as the chest and access to other areas.

page 1/26 – Nekhbet Palace: This is the northeast of the sulfur sands. It is also southwest of the point of the Crossroads Shrine. Once you get there, go up the main staircase. Once at the end, carefully descend below onto the platforms. You have to locate DINGTA; Wisdom from the word above.
Page 2/26 – Ta-petjit family: This can be located north of the waypoint of the Nomad Temple for fast travel. It is also located southeast of Brimstone Sands. Once you reach the area, you will need to climb the rocks to the left side of the map.
Once you’ve found the upright and ladder, you’ll need to go down the two ledges below them. From here, you will find a cave entrance on your right. You have to locate JIIBA; Shadow word wisdom.
Page 3/26 – Atom Road: This is located directly to the west of Brimstone Sands. This avatar will require clearing some enemies right in front of the monument. You will locate KEYYA’ YIB; Wisdom from the word crossroads.
Page 4/26 – Mausoleum of Thoth the Great: It is located directly to the northeast of Brimstone Sands. This can only be accessed once you have progressed through the main story mission to the point of watering the seeds. Once you do, you will need to complete Perrin’s first mission. Once you open this mission, you have to travel to Hermopolis Which dates back to the southwest of the mausoleum of Thoth the Great.

Page 5/26 – Shereen the Great for Thoth: Requires the quest “Ancient Law of Balance”, which can be obtained from Perrin at the Shrine of Thoth the Great. Once you’ve completed the task, you’ll want to head to Aqua Anoket.
From here, you need to find the beginning of the channel and run it all the way until you reach where it was broken. Once you do that, you need to go down and turn to find the avatar on the wall. This will help you locate WETZUU; Wisdom word gift.
Page 6/26 – Heliopolis (Elite stronghold): It can be located northwest of the sulfur sands. You can bypass the entrance by camping outside and climbing scaffolding over the wall. To avoid the boss on the right side, you’ll want to venture up consecutive flights of stairs until you reach the main boss. Here you will locate CRUUJ; Wisdom from the word sun.
Page 7/26 – Diospolis: This is related to the ‘Power of the Ancients’ mission, which is located northeast of the Mercurial Shrine as a travel highway point. Once you enter through the door of the great temple, you will need to defeat the “guardian”, the last major scarab on the ground floor.
Once you do, go up the ladder and climb until you reach the next temple door and enter through it. After cutting, you will get AMBA; The wisdom of the word mountain.
Page 8/26 – Solarium news: You’ll need a large group (ideally around 10) to complete this battle, and the boss will only spawn once a day. Once you clear the arena, you will have a short amount of time to collect the PIMBII avatar; Wisdom from the word dawn.
Page 9/26 – Ponds from Orcus: Head to the split in the track where you will notice a column next to a pool with an enemy inside. You’ll need to defeat them first to get D’UN-YICH; The rule of the word ORDEAL.
Page 10/26 – Temple of Isis: This is to the southwest of the Cradle’s Rest fast travel trail point. This is the highest point in Brimstone Sands north of the capital. Jump across the collapsed wall – you will be able to approach the pillar from behind and get HIMDE; Wisdom from the word ocean.
Page 11/26 – Osiris lampIt can be found to the west of Cavalier Mausoleum and to a large extent just south of the Brimstone Sands. Once there, locate the entrance and turn right.
At the top of the stairs, turn left twice, and follow the corridor until you find a crack inside the wall. If you head from here, you will be able to get the avatar after removing the surrounding enemies. The glyph is AABER; Wisdom from today’s word.
Page 12/26 – column location: This is probably locked behind the main story mission “Pharaoh’s Challenge”. You can locate the Place of Pillars east of the Rock of Apophis highway point.
Once there, you will need to complete a puzzle based on jumping through several different pillars and once you do, you should be able to easily locate the avatar in the wall directly in front of you. This will get the ITKA glyph; Wisdom from the word below.
Page 13/26 – Hero Plaza: This can be located just west of the Cradle’s Rest fast travel route point. Once you’re there, go up and down the stairs – go through the last set of stairs and go to the large circular emblem on the wall. You’ll notice the column right in the middle. This glyph is DZUU; Wisdom from the word first.
Page 14/26 – Locked behind the main story quest “God Awakens”. This requires you to confront Apophis. The avatar will be placed in the great tomb at the bottom; J’IJ is the glyph and wisdom of the word sealed.
Page 15/26 – Nekhbet Palace: This is also locked behind a main story mission. Once you have completed the main story mission of the previous intro, you can talk to Anna. Once you get the task, you have to make your way to the wall between the intersection point of the highways and the mansion.
Enter through the door on the mission sign and continue up the stairs until you reach the top. Once you get there, turn right and make your way through the wall crack. Drop through the hatch and into the room directly in front of the stairs. Head to the broken part of the wall and climb it up. Go up the ramp and go up the stairs on the left side. Avatar: TSADZUI. The wisdom of the word is wal.
Page 16/26 – Locked behind the main story mission “Cursed Apophis” and located in Hermopolis. Once you solve the puzzle to open the portal as required, go to the room on the other side. On the other side of the room you will locate the HID avatar; Wisdom from the word home.
Page 17/26 – Available after the final boss battle at the end of Ennead’s Journey. This is located to the west of the Shrine of the Sign of the Nine Expressway. The avatar you’ll get here is B’EYEG; Wisdom from the word CHAOS.
Page 18/26 – Arit-en-Geb: This is located directly to the east of Brimstone Sands. Once you get here, you will simply find it on the wall of a small pile of ruins! The glyph is RIIGA; The wisdom of the word Persona.
Page 19/26 – Locked behind a side quest that will make you travel to it sat .tIt is located to the northeast of the sulfur sands. Once you get there, you will need to locate the column in a corner against the wall. This will reward you with EYBUE; Wisdom from the word VIRTUE.
Page 26/20 – Forge Ptah: This is located to the west of Brimstone Sands. Go up the stairs here until you reach the back area where you see the pillar. The avatar is CRUUJ’II; The wisdom of the word power.
Page 26/21 – Castrum Principeum (Elite Bastion): The easiest way to get to this area is to pass through the Highway Point at the War Shrine, then make your way across the road between the mountains.
When your group is ready, head toward and through the camp site. Stick to the left, removing any enemies on your way. Keep going through the ghouls and the stairs – turn left and follow along the wooden platform through all the enemies. Once you read a point where you see three ogres, keep going past them and go down the set of stairs.
You will find D’UN GA; Wisdom word destroy after the final set of stairs in a room full of enemies.
Page 26/22 – Scorpio’s plight (Elite Stronghold Arena): You can get there simply by following the path from the hilltop shrine of Thoth. You will need the previous page 9/26 to open the main door. Alternatively, the cliff around it can be climbed. Once you beat the actual Ordeal Arena, you’ll have a short amount of time to interact with the column, and an avatar will also be needed to open the chest inside the room. The glyph is TAB; Wisdom from the word night.
Page 26/23 – snake lane: You can reach the point of this cliff by traveling from the point of the highway at Cradle’s Rest, north of the capital. As you approach, stick to the right side of the road and stick behind the part of the wall until you exit on the right side. Get rid of the three enemies in front of the column. You will get the glyph B’ENGYING; The wisdom of the word shield.
Page 24/26 – Located on an unmarked/unnamed plot. The best way to get here is through the Wurmsign Obelisk Highway Travel Point. See below for the exact location on the map. As you approach the area as marked on the map, you will notice a destroyed brick wall, and on the back of it you will find a column containing the avatar. The glyph here is TSANGMIIJ; Wisdom from the word food.
Page 26/25 – Haka cauldron: This could be located southeast of the Cradle’s Rest fast travel route point. The pillar of this avatar can be placed in a large white, jagged and spiky rock by the pool. If you approach from the side while you are in a crouched position, you can prevent the excitement of enemies near you. The avatar here is JICH; Wisdom from the word water.
Page 26/26 – Sobdu Hot Springs: This could be located to the south of the tomb of Thoth the Great. As you get close, stick more closely to the larger flat of water on the map, and look for a stone pillar that you can jump on to clear out the crowds of enemies there. This column, located in the middle of the body of water, is attached to the final glyph. This glyph is DUBUU; Wisdom from the word river.
